KwizEd PTA Affiliate Scheme

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain how the KwizEd PTA Affiliate Scheme (“the Scheme”) works and set out the agreement between KwizEd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the participating Parent Teacher Association (“PTA”, “you”, “your”).

By joining the Scheme, you agree to these Terms.

  1. How Referrals Work

To ensure your PTA receives credit for referrals, parents must sign up using your PTA’s unique referral link or designated PTA sign-up page (“PTA Link”).

This link allows us to track sign-ups correctly. If a parent signs up without using the PTA Link, we will unfortunately be unable to count that sign-up towards your PTA donation.

  1. Parent Discount

Parents who sign up using a PTA Link receive a discounted subscription price. This discounted rate applies while their subscription remains active, unless we notify you otherwise.

  1. PTA Donation

For each qualifying paid subscription referred through your PTA Link, KwizEd will make a one-off £25 donation to your PTA, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.

  1. Free Trial Period

All subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial.

If a parent cancels during the free trial:

  • They are not charged
  • Their subscription ends
  • No PTA donation is earned for that sign-up
  1. 30-Day Validation & Refund Period

To allow time for refunds and to keep things fair, PTA donations are only confirmed after a 30-day validation period from the date the parent is first charged.

If a parent cancels and receives a refund within 30 days of their first payment:

  • The parent receives a full refund
  • No PTA donation is payable for that subscription

PTAs will qualify for the donation once the 30-day period has passed and the subscription remains active.

  1. Cancellations After 30 Days

Once the 30-day validation period has passed:

  • The PTA qualifies for the donation
  • Donations are not reversed if a parent later cancels

If a parent cancels after the 30-day period:

  • No refund is issued
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • The PTA donation is not affected
  1. Payments to PTAs

Your PTA will qualify for the £25 donation once the 30-day validation period has passed and the subscription remains active. Details of how the donation will be paid will be shared with your PTA separately.

  1. Ending the Scheme

KwizEd reserves the right to end the PTA Affiliate Scheme at any time.

If the Scheme is ended:

  • Any PTA donations already earned and validated will still be honoured
  • No new referrals made after the end date will qualify for donations

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before the Scheme ends.

  1. Changes to the Scheme

We may update or make changes to the Scheme or these Terms from time to time. If there are any significant changes, we will aim to give advance notice.

  1. Agreement & Acceptance

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between KwizEd and the PTA. By ticking the acceptance boxes and submitting the registration form, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
  • You are aged 18 or over and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the named school or PTA.
  • This agreement is deemed effective from the date and time of submission, as recorded by our systems.

11.1 Data Collection: We collect and process the personal data provided in this form (including name, contact details, and payout information) solely for the purpose of administering the PTA partnership and facilitating payments.

11.4 Retention: We will retain your data for as long as your school remains an active partner, or as required by UK tax law for financial record-keeping.
